The way i take it is if cash will no lnger have any use to a player than why does this demotion rule even matter??like i sadi before if cash becomes usless to players it should just b changed to a college recruiting style players will join team under contract commitments X number of season no money involved it seems that if that is the case with player cash there is no point in any of this

No, it will not (except for maybe the stadium decay rules). It would be pretty hard to sort out who's who, even if we wanted to do something to existing teams.

Well my new worry is now what does a player do to get a good salary so he can have enough morale to perform.

In the proposed new system, the player doesn't accumulate cash, since it is worthless to him. His salary amount is used to determine any effects on his morale.

Since the cash then doesn't travel with the player, the team gets no benefit from loading him up.

I have a feeling alot of peopel will be but then again these uys who have already cheated the system and are on top may start buying more because of this to keep there teams up there..Unless this new rule were to affect those guys to then in reality this actually helps the guys who have already cheated the system get ahead even more

We didn't punish anyone who abused the cash system retroactively mainly because of the problems it entailed and the complaints posted about doing so.
