Damn the Birds had it won in OT. All they needed to do was run it a couple of times to improve their FG position. Hell if they kicked it right away they most likely would have still made the long FG and won.

Yup, that would be me with the retarded offensive AI. Not saying it was a flaw in the AI itself, just the person running it...

Good game. Couple bad defensive plays, one of our worst INT games ever and my retardation lost it for us in the end.

Good luck vs the Lycans. Like I said when we won through the first round, teams 2-7 all looked to be highly competitive games IMO, but the Lycans just seem to be too much. I mean, the team which came the closest to beating them in the regular season (Saipan Sin-Eaters 41-44) just got trampled over, so either the Lycans were coasting on by within the regular season, or they just must be able to spot weaknesses real well and exploit them. Honestly quite amazed at that score...

I think it might be a little bit of both.

But i think the scores in our first two playoff games have been so lopsided is because we finally started handing out players equipment upgrades. We were kinda struggling financially early on so no one could get their upgrades right away. So we just saved everything and waited until the playoffs where we would also get the extra income from playoff ticket sales. That way everyone could get theirs at the same time and take us to that next level when the games matter most.

And we had some players really far behind in upgrades, so damn near every player now is playing like they just got token boosted. Playing at their max potential.

Very smart move by our Owner to wait until the playoffs to do this. Hopefully we keep it rolling and have no hiccups along the way.

Josh and I are pretty far behind on our own players equipment still. We have the rest of the team covered, to my knowledge, but as for my own players I believe it would take somewhere around $15 million to get them upgraded fully now. I dont really know how much Josh still needs on his own players...

As the owner of the Lycans' starting RILB, who was WAY behind in upgrades -- I can safely say that this tactic -- while quizzical to me at the time, has really paid dividends for the team. I'm glad our owner went that way now

GL to the Land Sharks next round!

Trust me, I dont think the upgrades are the only reason you guys are being dominate.
