I think the scariest thing is that we decided to totally throw away our scrimmage today against SGA to try some things out on both sides of the ball (100% offense and an entirely new defense) and we ended up winning. I should just stop scouting and just throw darts at the AI.

It has been well discovered that screen passes are overpowered lol

WR screens are pathetic this season (one of man y significant changes), but against the right team, HB screens work well.

I guess our Landry opponent was one of those team

I won't give all their secrets away, but McGruff is a pretty big fan of the basic AI for offense.

Screens have a place against teams who run weird coverage formations, blitz too many guys, or put their safeties too deep in some situations. I won't give all my secrets away, but there was a team in this league who in the last 2 minutes of a half last season played C2 Deep coverage to try to kill the clock and you could gut them pretty good with those WR screens. It was an 8-10 yard gainer before the FS got there.

I'm a big fan of basic AI when I'm with your wife. I just kind plug in the numbers and go through the motions. She's just not worth the effort of my more advanced tactics.
