I'll bet that the predictions are much more accurate come playoff times when the system has had 8 games to adjust

I beleive he mentioned AI took over. I'm not sure what you guys have your AI set on but I imagine it is way to high if you are not sticking to your gameplans in a close game.

Well it'd be kinda late by then wouldn't it?

Anyway, the whole "power rankings" thing is deceptive. You can have the best team and still loose if you give it up with some depth chart adjustment or stamina adjustment or tactics adjustment...your "lesser" opponent can suddenly figure out that their otherwise good team on paper is being held down by such and such tactics, stamina, depth chart problem and change that.

I understand the desire for the power rankings...for some it is another E-peen to stroke, for others they want some other metric to figure out the true relationship between their team and a potential opponent.

Truth be told the best thing is to just do it in your game planning, take each team as they come and not worry so much about the metrics.
