#1 PORN vs Hawaii Bulls (journeyman)

Talk about one hell of a brutal matchup for PORN. PORNs been the best team in the tier for probably about 4/5ths of this tiers existence but to ask them to beat Hawaii is a very tall task. Hawaii has been the #2 team for a majority of journeyman's existence and has really only lost this season to current top pro teams. For PORN to pull this one off they're going to need a decent amount of luck to go their way and unfortunately the teams behind them in the rankings have relative cupcake journeyman teams so they'll probably drop in ranking. If PORN wins this then might as well just declare them seasoned champs but I don't think they'll win. Hawaii wins 42-24.

#2 Salty Runback vs The Fish (journeyman)

Unlike PORN this is an easy game for Salty. Salty wins 38-7.

#3 No Name vs Sunderland Blackcats (journeyman)

Potentially difficult game for no name. Sunderland isn't a slouch of a team but isn't exactly a powerhouse either. No Name should be the favorite here but it probably won't be easy. No Name wins 24-17.

#4 EEA 2.0 vs Rock City Mayhem (journeyman)

Similar to no name probably not a cakewalk for EEA but they should come out on top. EEA wins 24-10.

#5 Bloody Slaughterhouse vs Canada Roughriders (journeyman)

Easier game for Bloody than EEA or No Name. As long as bloody doesnt choke like they did against salty then they'll be fine. Bloody wins 28-7.

#6 HAHA vs. WOTW(journeyman)

Tough matchup for HAHA. WOTW has given seasoned teams fits this season while HAHA has slowly been making a push toward the top 5 after a slow start to the season. Can WOTW stop that momentum? I'll guess that they will. WOTW wins 24-21.

#7 Tosche Station Grenadiers vs #13 SD Sperm Whales

Tosche has a tough matchup with Sperm Whales. This one could go either way but I'll take Tosche in a close one. Tosche wins 28-24,

#8 ENMU Greyhounds vs Michigan Madness (journeyman)

Interesting matchup. Michigan has lost to a few seasoned teams so far this season and ENMU has struggled some lately and is fighting to stay in the top 10. I think ENMU does that at least for now. ENMU wins 24-13

#9 Crystal Palace Eagles vs #20 Sin City Saints

Should be an easy win for the Eagles. Eagles win 35-14.

#10 Virgins vs Swamp Donkeys (journeyman)

Swamp donkeys have gotten smoked by seasoned pass teams this season but I would think they can handle a seasoned run team. Let's see if I'm right. Donkeys win 17-7.

I really want to see PORN vs Salty. Salty got a lot better since the last time they played.

Sperm Whales are pretty good, did Tosche add a lot of talent or something, I don't remember them being Top 20 last season.

Whales have struggled pretty bad this season. Can't see us ending top 10 this year.

It would have been fun to have a little competition in our picks over the season. Although I do concede to jfbueno's experience.

Salty PORN would be interesting. PORN beat salty in a lolscrim early in the season not that it means anything. PORN would have to be the favorites against any seasoned team. Doesn't mean they're unbeatable though.

We did add some talent, but I think the biggest addition was dlcurt taking over the defense.

Edit: No offense to Xaiveir's defensive calls last season of course....

I guess? Some convincing wins over HKD and EEA, as well as walking through most of JMan. But you only beat Whales by 3 and Sharks by 1. A win's a win, and at the end of it that's all that matters. Yet narrow victories don't show a clear cut favorite.

The last time you played Salty in a real game, it was beginning of Sophomore. Even I beat Salty around that time, and since then I've gone 0-3 against them.

Salty vs PORN would have a really close Vegas line. If we say one of them has to be a favorite, then you're right it'd be PORN, but the line would be something like minus 1.5. Really really close.

Tosche did add some really good talent, that filled a major need from the past couple of seasons. Jag is right though, the biggest difference was DLcurt taking over the defense. Last season i was trying to fit a square peg in a round hole with my defensive scheme, and also just didnt have much time to game plan as I would have liked. If you look back at last season, Tosche would play a really great game, then put up a pathetic effort against a team we should have beat (defensively). With DLcurt onboard now, we have far more consistency than we did when I was having time issues last season.

I agree it would be a close line. Just saying PORN would probably be favorite mostly since they they've probably been the most consistent team.
