Listen - don't get your panties in a wad, you talked big for two days and you lost - like everyone else who talked big, minus Chicago.

Take your slice of humble pie like the man your suppose to be.

Here you go, not as bad as a Seminole trash talk session, but they do everything bigger in Seminole-land

Anyway, its fairly obvious you thought you had this one in the bag...and you nearly did.

Unfortunately (for you) the Roughnecks couldn't take it the whole distance like Chicago did in our game.

I would have thought that by this point in the season the Maverick defense would get a healthy dose of fearful respect considering.

But there are some teams who will tell you, even those who have won against us, that you can't "pencil in" a win against Omaha.

2.) Someone please explain to me how in the world the Mavericks are going to lose to the Roughnecks... did the Mavericks just trade away their best player or something ?

Ask San Francisco. And ask the #1 team in the Power Rankings about how "bad" The Roughnecks are.

And it's been awhile since we've had a Power Ranking list. But the last one I saw had Omaha was in the outside looking in at the Top 10.

Figures I'd get the sob Care Bears as my inter-conference game.

There's nothing caring about those bears...

Good God. If you think ANY of that was "trash talk" you belong in the Girl's League, seriously.

The first one was me expressing frustration about losing to the higher ranked teams. Simply viewing it as ANOTHER "chance" to measure up against someone.

The second. . . that was responding to someone basically saying we didn't belong in the game and I was stating that we did BELONG in that game.

If you would have seen our forum you would have KNOWN that the LAST thing we thought about this game was that it was "in the bag".

GG Austin! That WR is nuts. If he defects he could definately find a home in Orangeblood land. You will win a few more before the year is up.
