There's no reason why they couldn't have moved these teams around yet. If the requests are in and make sense, move the teams.

Not sure. Both teams finished 5th and should have demoted. Unless there was a support ticket between Doom and Ridgecrest that was already handled?

Well at least that got done. I really didn't' want to see a vacant Black Sea team all season.

No notice about the preset fixes though.
