No it really isn't hard to compare at all. One you couldn't do anything for except do it back and the other you can actually whoop an opponent for using. Do you see the difference?

This is kinda where you run into the shortcomings of a sim with a fixed number of possibilities. There will always be a best play for a situation.

3WR's, DAG is the best play (okay, it's not, but I'm NOT telling you what is cuz iz my sekrit for next season).

But even the most DAG-o-licious defenses aren't running DAG versus goalline offenses because stupid.

DAG is a lot like you see happen in other video games. It's not necessarily the best, but it is the easiest to have a measurable amount of success with. And if you can just throw together a ZEB-DAG D and call it a day knowing you're going to beat 75% of the teams out there with something that simple, why wouldn't you? Leaves you time to focus on the tweaks you need to beat the other 25% of teams.

I'm not saying i wouldn't have minded being in a different league, hell any league would've been easier.

But fate brought Dryden and Zorp into the same league to keep us from 2 golds.

Alpha Division
1 Blue Mountain State Mountain Goats 8-6-0 (0-3 against Gamma. If in Gamma they would be 5-9-0 most likely)

Gamma Division
1 Portland Ronin 14-0-0
2 Oklahoma Outlaws 11-3-0
3 Legacy 10-4-0 (3-3 against Gamma. Could have been 13-1 in Alpha.)
4 Tampa Bay Belligerent Drunks 7-7-0 (0-6 against Gamma. Could have been 13-1 in Alpha.)

To me this isn't a competitive League. It's a competitive Division.



You forgot Banger who beat 2 of those gamma teams and lost to the other 2 by 3 each time
