If inaccurate deep balls with only 40 passing power do that now, then I'm mad we took pass power higher than that with Cleveland.

Neither of those WRs have what many would consider high Rec Awareness. Both are around 40

He threw a few passes like that last season in Sophomore to our S* WRs but those seemed to be more so because of WR Awareness. The two TD passes I linked here actually looked like pretty accurate passes to me.

then diving and jumping must help a bit too right, since they usually jump or dive to get poorly thrown passes?

Don't know, but I will say that I'm pretty sure that rec awareness makes a lot of bad passes look like really good passes.

I think it has more to do with the QBs super high accuracy than the lowish pass power. Although he's brought his power up a crap ton this season

Yeah, I mean there's a lot factoring into those plays besides "he has X pass power".

I mean does it really look like an inaccurate pass to you? To me, it looks like the ball was put where it was supposed to be. May have been luck or coincidence for it to happen twice in the same game, but I will take an "inaccurate" pass looking like that any day at just 40 pass power.

if it's a question of having really high accuracy, that's cool.

Maybe the receiver influencing the throw too. What's his sprinting?

nvm. 4.97 40 means he's not crazy fast or anything.

No he's not crazy fast, because he can actually catch a pass thrown to him

Is there anything you'd say about his build that would make you think the receiver might be unusual in some way that would influence the QB to want to make such deep lofted throws?

Not really, I'll open it up for a day. (you could view it anyway since you are on my friends list).

Maybe that he gets to the sweet spot and/or passes the defender fairly quickly
