WESTERN CONFERENCE PLAY-OFF PICTURE

Elite Teams
* Teams in the Top of the Conference and will Host Games in the Post Season:
Seeds 1-4

1)Indianapolis Gurupies ~ Indy has looked unstoppable so far jumping out to a 9-0 Record despite being a younger Team. They are lead by a 3-Headed Rushing Attack with Okoye and Toowen leading the way with 1,000+ Yds. already this Season. Zoom is the Leading Pass Catcher and has posted up 8 TD's from the help of RJ who is on fire tossing 35 TD's already this Season. Defensively these guys are Turn Over Machines leading the Conference in Picks with 26 and Forced Fumbles with 23. Sloe is leading the Conference with 10 INT's. They don't Rush the Passer very well but with there Turn Over Differential, They really don't need to although Creep has been Solid Blitzing from the Corner with 12 Sacks. Hobo has been a stud in the Return Game for them with a 37 Yd. Avg. on Kick-Offs with 4 TD's. as well as 13 TD's in Punt Returns with a 28 Yd. Avg. Some could say they haven't really Played anyone but after the Big Win over Gulf Coast, I think they can Play with anyone in this Conference. They still have a few tough Games left but as of now, They are in the Driver's Seat and the Road to the Conference Championship goes through Indy.

2)The Golden Horde of Incinerators ~ These guys have another 3-Headed Monster in the Back Field with Shook and Ted leading the way with 1,000+ Yds. They have a good 2 TE Set and spread the Ball around really well with 4 Player's putting up 400 Yds. Receiving already. T-Bow is having a solid Season with 35 TD's and 3,000 Passing Yards. Defensively they are 2nd in the Conference in INT's. with Jay leading the way with 8. Not really any overall stand-outs on Defense but a solid group. ST's are ok for what they have but a True Return Specialist might have been better this Season. This is still a very good Football team and they have a great shot at getting deep into the Play-Offs and maybe even a Conference Title.

3)G-Long Outlaws ~ This Team is off to a good start despite dropping an early Game to the Crocs. Lead by the Stellar QB Lex Luther, There Passing Game is #1 in the Conference and almost unstoppable. He is on top of the Leader Board by almost 1,000 Yds. with no sign of slowing down. The Fleet of Receiver's they have are really good and they Spread the Ball around really well. They have 7 different Pass Catchers with 360+ Yds. The Running Game has not been impressive early on but with the Air Attack they have, Maybe they continue to Pass first to set up the Run? Defensively they are the real deal and are ranked #1 Overall in the Conference. While they don't have any stand-outs at any Position, They play very well as a Unit and are tied for the lead in Sacks. The FS Morello is the Head Hunter with 11 Forced Fumbles. ST's are nothing to brag about but they get the job done. This Team still has some close Match-Ups this Season and they have a good shot at making a push in the Post Season.

4)Gulf Coast Crocs ~ This Team was really hot out of the Gate this Season. They've had solid Play from Vertov at the QB Position and he and Giggles have really turned into a great QB-WR Tandem. Billy Sims has been a Workhorse for them in the Running Game with Smith and Mack adding in some mop-up duty. Defensively they are really good in there Pass Defense. They are Ranked #2 in the Conference and are tied with the Lead in Sacks so they can really get after the QB when they need to. There ST's and Rush Defense will have to improve to do anything in the Play-Offs but these guys can compete with the best of them and could surprise a few Teams at the end Season.

Road Warriors
* Teams that will make the Play-Offs this Season but have to take there show On-the-Road:
Seeds 5-8

5)8-Bit NES Heroes ~ This Team stumbled early in the Season but has caught fire and now sit with a 7-2 Record Winning 6 Straight. They are Ranked at least 4th in every category in the Conference. They have had solid Play from Link @ QB and have done a good job Running the Ball with Mario and Little Mac getting the bulk of the Carries. Bo Jackson is really the only Threat in Passing Game however and that will have to change if they hope to get a Win in the Play-Offs. Defensively, they have one of the Top Linebackers in the League in D. Hunt with him in the lead for Sacks this Season. Outside of that, They don't really get any Turnovers and are almost last in the League in Picks and Forced Fumbles. ST's don't really stand-out either but I think this Team can make the Play-Offs even though they have one of the toughest Schedule's left in the Conference.

6)King of Bling's Royal Crib ~ This Team is 7-2 and in very good shape right now. They have good Balance on Offense and can really pound the Ball. They are Ranked #1 in Rushing Offense lead by Brother Jones. Mitch can hurt Defenses as well with his legs and is second on the Team in Rushing. Ross is having a good Season @ QB for them and the WR's is doing enough to be productive. I like the way the spread the rock around with all those Pass Catchers.They do have the best Blocking TE on the edge with DJ leading the Team in Pancakes. On Defense, They are solid all around and are Second in the Conference in Hurries. They lack the Turn Over's of some of the better Defensive Units in the Conference but can hang in Games with there "Bend-but-don't-Break" style Defense. Although they have some tough Games ahead on the Schedule, I see them making the Play-Offs as an Away Team.

7)Ft. Lauderdale Foxes ~ This Team has gotten off to an alright start this Season and currently sit at 6-3. They are Winning the Games they should and that should help them make the Play-Offs. They don't seem to do anything particularly well but have been efficient as a Team. They love to Rotate Player's at almost every Position so you don't see any Player's making big impacts. They have a great combo @ QB with James and Mathew both 1,080 Yds. They have a great one-two punch in the Back Field with Barry and Trent both over the 1,000 Yd mark. No stand-outs @ Wide Receiver but Spread the Ball around very nicely. Defensively they don't do much well but they do get pressure on the QB and are #1 in the Conference with 166 Hurries. They have a tough Schedule to close out the Season but no matter what, I see this Team making the Post-Season as a Road Team.

8)Brethren Krewe Brigantines ~ Another young Network Team that has Struggle this Season. They have did ok Offensively but just can't get things going against the tougher Opponents. Defensively they get after the QB and are 3rd in the Conference in Sacks. There Pass Defense is good as well with them being 3rd in Int's this Season. If they can get there Offense clicking, The Defense is good enough to keep them in some Games. I see them making the Play-Offs but 1 slip up and North Side might knock them out of it and sneak in themselves.

Outside the Bubble
* Teams that were In-the-Hunt but won't make the Play-Offs:
Seeds 9-12

9)North Side Mob ~ This Team got off to a slow start and hurt there chances of making the Post Season but have Won 2 out of there last 3. They have one of the Top OL's in Dobe this Season as he already has posted 100 Pancakes.They have a good Pass Defense but a poor Run D. With some Upgrades at a few Positions this Off-Season, They might can make the Play-Offs next Season but I don't really see them making it this Season although there is a slim chance if they get some help.

10)Alpine Snow Vermin ~ Alpine has an ok Rushing Offense but that's about it on that side of the Ball. They do spread the Ball around well though. There Defense is pretty good actually but the lack of a consistent Offense hurts them. They have Won a few Games but with a tough Schedule still ahead, They don't look to be making the Post Season.

11)Mayan Prophecy ~ The Prophecy had a tough time Winning Games this Season and just never could get over the hump. The Schedule Gods wasn't on there side and they won't make the Play-Offs I'm afraid.

12)Kansas City Crossfire ~ KC had a good Team I thought but have been getting beat up by almost every Team this Season. They do boost one top OL's in the Conference with Reece and is leading in Pancakes this Season. Maybe it's poor Coaching but they have alot of work ahead of them if they want to turn things around and get some momentum going into next Season.
