All we have has an objective measurement of which team is the best is the way they played in their games regular season and ranked games.

Catch has said that no Pro teams should be promoted but rather extra WL teams stay (which is what I said likely will happen in my original post) so I am not making this argument with the intention of somehow benefiting my team. I'd be fine with ice+fire promoting over the Hedgehogs anyhow.

The point is the Blaze didn't come the closest out of all the pro teams to winning WL promotion and I certainly don't agree with you that the Blaze with normal gameplan beat ATKM 100/100 times or anything close to that.

Blaze's 61 points would have been lower if ATKM had to sustain longer drives rather than getting a ton of long plays/TDs. Fwiw.

Everyone knew that, just saying it could have been Dpride that screwed up the AI by mistake but instead he blamed it on a hack.

I don't know the whole thing, I don't GM either team I think, but it could have been nothing more than forgetting a checkdown box or whatnot.

yes, malice should be looked into, but, in other malicious AI fuck ups, GLB has never gone out of their way to fix a wrong, why start now

Yeah, because it's not like they gave up 69 in the regular season match-up, or that giving up so many points affected the team morale.
