I'm gonna have to call this an internal error and not some fuggin ai goblin.... 
I'm basing that on way Buda is run. Forums on top of secret forms just for planning and discussions, an ever changing list as to who has access where. Things seem pretty up to date. I find it hard to believe that someone, with a pretty hefty grudge apparently, was just accidentally left in control of the OAI.
Top that off with the recent (internal) discussion of offers being sent to the wrong network teams by people and I'm kinda convinced that some people start doing things without checking where they are first.
I can't see anything and don't even have access to wherever people on Buda go to plan/talk/build/etc. but It sounds like there's a "blank template" installed. If that's the case, my guess is that someone is going with a brand new offense for the playoffs, initiated it for the wrong team, realized the mistake, moved on to the right team, and never owned up.
