I never applied, but a birdie told me that I was too confrontational. FUCK YOU, BUDDY! SNOWBALL FIGHT! I don't know what that's all about. SUCK IT, TREBEK! I'm about as nice as can be.

I respect your opinion, but I have mine from some of my own games.

So I guess we can just leave it at that.

are we talking about nerfed since the new changes or before that?

Well... shit.... I've been here since season 1 as well... how much do I have to spend before I earn the trusted status???....

You don't have to spend anything. Apply for a mod spot, or spend some time talking with some of the current testers, participating in discussions they are having. Approach things calmly and rationally, taking any selfishness out of the equation. Be proactive, but don't be a jerk.

There are a lot of users on the site. I can't personally talk to them all. Particular users have gone out of their way to show interest in improving the game, or the forums, in a respectful and constructive way. TBH, it usually tends to start with a lolmod job somewhere, these days, that moves on to things that are more involved over time.

Ironically- Applying for a moderator job is a sure way to -never- get moderator.

Lock-frequency in general is a huge source of unnecessary friction between the mods and the player base at large.

you're probably right. I'm going to work on locking less, but it's important I think to keep the clutter in the Bugs forum to a minimum as 90% of the issues posted there aren't bugs at all. I do tend to get a bit lock happy sometimes, but I'll try and be better about it.

It's because of your opposition to slow-building. You have been black-listed.

I applied once.

And then they looked at my players and they were stumps

I would suggest merging threads if they contain complementary information.

Edit:
Or even temporarily stickying threads about particular issues that you're getting a lot of posts about.

I think I may have put in a word for you...or at least didn't say anything against you.

Sub-forums. Suggestions has one. Bugs could use one. That clears up the clutter for you without needing to lock threads.

No new threads (same as Epic), but ongoing bug issues are moved there for further discussion.

Just a thought.

Impossible, LOL.

Schedule appointment times in which you state before hand you will leave at X time and people can have questions thought up for that time? People will moan but viable at least.

99% of what we are discussing is related to posts made on the main server, either through bug reports, or ideas from you guys. Feel free to talk about it here, or in suggestions, or in bug reports. If it's good info or ideas that a lot of people agree on, or if it's a legit bug, it will make it to me in some fashion.

Keep in mind, I do read forum stuff here and there, even if I don't make a post about it.

So basically.... do want we've been doing...

Try to get a thread to 300 posts and then you might comment on it?.....

Please just tell us what to do.... we just want a good and fair game where everyone who plays has the same knowledge as the Mods and testers.....
