fwiw i didnt pay attention to the weather either, but im not sure what that game had to do with a CB? we only passed 20 something times and most of those were strategic playcalls for short/med conversions on 3rd, 2te passes, or screen passes. only a handful of actual 2wr/3wr/4wr passing all game
honestly, my thoughts on that game are if you play a team 3 times and have given up a fair amount of pts each time and decide to run the same gameplan a 3rd time, no one to blame but yourself bro. mostly the same as you've run the last 2 times this season and only 1 major adjustment, which got countered (switched up the 4wr defense for heavier cov and we ran inside 4wr in anticipation)
GG tho for sure, tough close game as always, and definitely glad there is more elite competition at vet. almost makes GLB almost a bit of fun to play these days lol. just a shame we dropped that game vs tigers earlier this season (along with wins in the 1st 2 games of the season vs #4 and #5 ranked teams being ELO wiped for whatever reason) or we might actually have a shot at #1 in tier.

I'm not blaming the CB for the defeat, just that he failed in some key conversions and on the TD, previous game too, he is like 24/22 last 3 games, and yes there were some screens but a lot of passes under coverage.
And i was going heavier on outside runs but the weather held us down, wouldn't go with it with snow.
Also a play that i added this game didn't worked out.
And i was afraid to overthink the gameplan. GG again.

#1 isn't locked up yet. 2 big games coming on the docket. Vape vs. Bsb tomorrow and then Bronx vs whoever wins I imagine in ladder.

Bsb would be in the mix regardless of whether they counted that early loss. Right now it's gotta be pretty close in the standings.
