It amazes me that money was lolMoney for most of GLB history. And now this is mentioned and money seems to become such a huge deal.

Hard word and flex into building a stadium? I must be playing a different game.

Anyone know where I can buy a version of Monopoly where I can build up all my property and then reuse those properties when i start over against someone else? That would be sweet!

Anyone know when WoW will allow me to reuse my god weapons and armor when I rebuild my character? Hate that I lose all that stuff after all my hard work to get them.

Also Bort and Co have explained that cash and equipment are getting a big change anyway, so why are you fighting this so hard?

EQ stuff will change. So the whole arguments of having that harder is mute.

Revenue sharing would take care of the stadium resets.

If the "team value" is 20% (for example) above league average "team value", then a wealth distribution tax is imposed on the team, with the tax divided among the teams below league average, based on % below league average.

No team/stadium resets.

This can go in hand with a salary cap "luxury" tax if you pay players above 20% above league average team salary.

Team value is a combination of stadium size, revenue and team cash, including equip fund.

This also takes care of previous teams that have demoted to cap 14 with full stadium and $100M in cash....that value gradually is shared with other teams in the league, and provides them with more cash to "catch up" to the top of the league. It should not be enough to significantly impact the "rich" team, but will give the "reset" or "new" teams a little extra cash to keep up with other teams....

Well-thought-out plan. Have you ever considered running a football MMORPG?

It'd be nice if someone in management was listening. Unfortunately, beyond Snarky comments and pissing in people's Fruit Loops, they seem to have dried up.

Any admin have any comment?

no need - level 45-50 players likely make the playoffs in AA if they are decent

Wat?

I think everyone crying this change going against their hard work is the funniest bunch of BS ever on GLB.

Seriously...this much energy over lolMoney? Pretty sad but funny.

And the quote? I was using what that guy to show that the arguments about paying for EQ don't belong here (like what he was saying). It was to show all of you that you shouldn't be crying so much. It is lolMoney and with EQ changes coming money will become LOLMoney.

money is the main priority when a team at the lower levels struggles to pay for their players EQ.

A team in its 1st season cannot build and pay for their players EQ and be successfull.
You either build or pay for EQ but you can't do both. These changes will make it even worse.

Then why do you think teams dropping down deserve some sort of exemption from having to struggle like the rest of the teams in their league do?

They worked for it and many players went without EQ to get their stadiums the way they are now.
Is that fair to the players that got rejected EQ early on in their career. All for nothing.
Punish those that abuse the system and thats all.Don't go across the board cuz you want a simple fix.
Are we even finished ironing out the player archetypes? no but yet we are we are here discussing this.

Everything you say makes sense but the sad part is reading about what "we will have to do" to be demoted just makes me tired all over again. Good thing though, most 40+ guys with a family and job and plenty of disposable income to spend has energy to burn- so all should be good.
