tough matchups for some of the top teams this week.
#1 No Name vs Watchers of the Wall (journeyman)
Looks like No Name jumped PORN due to beating a higher ranked ladder opponent last time. No Name has an interesting matchup with WotW. WotW beat Sperm Whales earlier in the season but I think No Name will be too much here. No Name wins 28-21.
#2 PORN vs Animal Kingdom (journeymen)
Tough matchup for PORN. Animal Kingdom is one of the best run teams of journey and beat No Name earlier in the season. Their blitzing defense will make things difficult for the PORN offense but at the same time I think PORNs defense can limit the damage caused by Kingdoms run offense. I think this will be a close one. I think PORN pulls out a close victory 21-17.
#3 EEA vs No Boost Necessary (journeyman)
EEA gets the best no boost team in the tier. Looks like they're doing pretty well for themselves for being Non-boosters but I think EEA is going to be too strong for them to pull out a win. EEA wins 27-13.
#4 Salty Runback vs #Michigan Madness (journeyman)
This will be an interesting game. Michigan recently lost to EEA while Salty has done well all season. Salty's biggest weakness is against pass heavy teams so this might play against them if their offense can't control a lot of the clock. In the end I think has the potential to go either way but I'll say Michigan pulls it out at the last minute and wins 28-24.
#5 I've STILL Never Had Sex vs #10 Empire's Zone Strikes Back
Interesting game. We have Virgins vs. GE. Might be a close game where the winner is just the team who catches the other off guard with offensive playcalling. As far as the winner I think it's common knowledge that virgins know all there is to know about Star Wars therefore they'll have no problems figuring out the zone defense of the Evil Empire. Virgins win 17-10.
#6 Bloody Slaughterhouse vs. #16 Virginia Warriors
Unless bloody has an absolute choke job I think they'll have no problems with Virginia. Bloody wins 35-10.
#7 ENMU Greyhounds vs. Weisswasser Turnovers (journeyman
Easy game for ENMU against an inactive journey team. ENMU wins 28-3.
#8 NW Storms vs #20 San Diego Sperm Whales
SD coming off a heartbreaking loss to PORN. NW still sticking around the top 10. I think this game can go either way because in my opinion SD is much better than their rank indicates. I think SD pulls off the upset here 20-17.
#9 Tosche Station Grenadiers vs Nebraska Cornhuskers (journeymen)
Tosche Station has fallen a bit in the last week with 2 losses in 3 games. They will probably struggle here against an average journey team and I don't see them getting out of their funk yet. Nebraska wins 21-13.
