The money doesn't give you half the advantage you obviously believe. So much so, I am fine with giving it back to demote. You are damn right "I won't give it up." I can handle that label, but I can't handle having played within the rules of the game for a decade of seasons just to have the frame work change so drastic. It would be very frustrating and cause players like myself to quit. Maybe that is what you want so you can have a better chance to be lazy and win titles without putting in as much effort.

Put this in real life terms in a normal economy! You paid $100,000 for a house. You spend years on it adding $600,000 upgrades to it. Would you sell it back for $100,000? If I am still selfish, call me about your house. I'll buy it.

You didn't pay real money to build your stadium, you paid real money to play a game, part of the game being building a stadium with fake money. By resetting the stadium, you get to play the game more.

My point is that you're yet another owner who doesn't give a damn about the long-term vision of the game and is only posting because of your "outrage" at having to been called out for gaming the system. Brand new teams entering level 14 don't have fully completed stadiums--you don't deserve one at that level either. If you want to "compete", do so--but quit pretending that you deserve some sort of loaded deck.

Ok.....your house analogy is horrible. House <> Sports team.

But I will play. Have a sports team in the Pros and then turn them into a Low A minor league team. Do you expect to be able to keep up a huge stadium?

This gives me an idea. Let people keep those huge stadiums at low levels if they want......but make them maintain them. Cost X amount per seat and per section. And harder to sell ANY tickets. That way if you want to try and keep your stadium huge it will cost you..and you will lose money. If you want you can remove sections (get no money back, because if you tear down parts of a stadium you don't get money back) and thus pay less maintenance

It's a video game, your stadium isn't real.
