GG Arditi. Did not have a good feeling after 1st quarter. Assuming you guys had a fg distance setting snafu. Hate winning because of a missed setting. You guys were the class of the league all season and I haven't worked so hard for a single GLB game in quite some time.

GL Magua. Battle of the CasPro Newbs (sort of. Obviously we've both been here before, but both of us right out of Reg Pro is impressive.

We've had some great battles through our climb from Rookie. I'm a little worried that we seemed to have the edge on the way up here and it may be your turn. I am sure it will be another great one between us. GL

I am going to do this in parts when I have time at work.

Championship game preview and history of Magua vs Charlestown (and their farm team)

First unofficial contests between Magua and Charlestown date back to the end of season 65 with each likely starting out in rookie and getting a couple games in to verify the depth charts.

https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2910837

Two completely meaningless wins in the grand scheme of GLB, but it does officially mark the start of the journey in which both teams had many battles against one another.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Season 66 come with both in Rookie, but in different leagues. No games against one another, but the Chiefs and Magua's sister team Tlingit do have quite a few scrims against each other. Likely being in different league and of comparable talent, both side likely doing some testing.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Season 67 marks their first official GLB matchup.

In a cross conference regular season matchup, Magua puts a beat down on the Chiefs with a 40-0 shalacking!
https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2922488

Unfortunately, Magua seemed to have the more difficult conference and failed to get out of the 1st round while the Chiefs went on to the championship game oly to settle for silver and without the chance for revenge on Magua in Season 67.

Meh. 3 hours haggling at a car dealer and a headache from my 2nd COVID Vax.

Above seemed like a good idea at the time, but no way I will finish it. Just know that this is Magua and Charlestown's 2nd complete dot cycle for both teams together from rookie to pro together. Some great battles through the seasons and mad respect for each other

Thanks Sunder now my Anxiety is going through the roof this morning...

Will this be one of the Classic fights???

Or will one of us lay an Egg???

Either way it should be fun to watch...

GL to one of the Great Teams in Cas Pro year in and year out...

Seeing as sunder has some car salesmen to haggle (err, knife fight?) with, Reg Dunlop has some wisdom/predictions to drop:

1: No eggs will be laid by either teams. Well, unless Reg feels like he needs to lay (fuck) an egg. Probably not happening. Still early though.

2. Chefs (not a typo) take 'er home. Mostly, because Chefs.

3. Stanky Beaver comes through clutch. Never thought I'd ever say/type this but, Reg loves him some Stanky Beaver. More so after the Camel Toe Snacker disaster from last season. Hey spider!

4. Magua is good,.very respectable. Going to be a tough game until the end. No doubt about that. That said, see #2. Chefs. Stanky Beaver. Chefs.

For the record, Reg is like 3 (okay, 4!) sheets to the wind. Mostly, like 5 eggs "laid". First day off in a long time. In any case, GL Magua. P.S. that Stanky Beaver still has my vote.

GG Chief's your D was Spot On...

I thought it was a great First Half...

Our D was on the Field for 21 of the 30 Minutes in the 2nd half that's what I call ball control...

It is Never a Good sign when you see no Next Possession...

Congrats on Gold...
