BSB - 14 S* - $150K cap space left (13 low contracts)
GOD - 11 S* - neg $2 mil cap space (10 low contracts)
BB - 8 S* - $50K cap space (no low contracts, 4 high contracts)

we'll see how the low chem effects GOD and esp BSB who has low contracts on s* but im sure the 3 to 5+ more s* players will make more of a difference. BB might have to PUP a couple s* up and join in the fun at jman lol

Yeah... These changes should definitely let us see chem effects. All of BSBs starters/key players are at least on mediums for the most part. I am kind of fond of each S* on the roster and hopefully we can roll with our current set up long-term. We will see though. I had our players min-max trait selections and we went as salary friendly as we could. Took some salary enhancers other than S* at key spots though.

So 33 S* spread amongst 3 teams and people wonder why team creation is down 70%.

It's way past time to massively increase S* salaries.

S* spread surely has far less to do with why people are no longer around than other things. Many left due to the way that the same plays get spammed, not getting the offseason changes that they wanted to see with the many things that are broken within the sim and so on. I do not believe that increasing S* salaries is going to make a huge difference in team creation. The same owners/coaches that perform well, will still perform well. Newer owners will still typically build a whole team worth of players to later find out that due to the initial builds on them, they will never be strong enough to compete at the highest level which is probably viewed as a massive waste of time and money by some. Also, decreasing the amount of S* players on a roster will also limit roster variety. The same few positions will typically always be built as S* on quality teams. Just not sure that it is the answer that is needed. It could potentially have a minor effect but will also probably push even more people in to having to build their whole team which is expensive. I am semi-networked with some people who have been with BSB for a long time and others. I still built our whole OLine that nobody wants any part of (maybe should be lowered as it is essentially just increasing the cost of owning a team now) outside of a couple of S* OLine.

Edit: Also, what would happen to teams that are currently loaded up on S* players? Replacements are not easy to find these days and if you do, it is likely a build that does not fit well. If you look at the Team Looking For Players forum as well, new agents and those that have not experienced much success have a hell of a time even recruiting regular players.

I think that other issues have caused the lack of teams and now there simply are not enough agents willing to create to help lesser established agents set up a team with human builds.

GG bo, we got lucky with some big KL passes and you guys had some unlucky drops/inc

i expected to shred your low chem DEs, esp the pass rushing weak side DE, but somehow our OL got mauled. bit concerning but something we're going to address. GL

Yeh Jeter is a monster to try and stop, I think my DE's footwork maybe helped a bit. Eli to Shockey was money though, we had no answer. GL down the road

Most of our low contracts are cap players, in the end everyone will be medium but them, we still are analising how weŽll fix the roster.

It would be wonderfull if S* were more spread, but there are reasons, agents tend to look for more organized teams, that they feel safe to sign for, no one wants to waste a S* career, people also wanna win, i'm not against S* limitation but not during a team run, they have to announce at least 4-6 seasons earlier. Maybe 2/2/2 limit per team - 150/100/50 wouldn't be bad.

You can't get everyone on your current team to medium. The contracts that are there are what they are through vet.

i think he meant everyone but the cap space guys but even then i think you guys will prob have to either have a couple low contracts or cut at least 1 s*

DD actually just PM'ed me and asked if i wanted my s* DT caught up to soph but we did the math on the cap and its just not worth having 2-3 low contracts imo. were gonna move forward with what we got and just hope the chem makes a difference

Yeah we will have to cut S*'s, but there's a little more wiggle room each tier anyway in that low contracts are saving more, and it just seems to have a little more space, so hoping that gets us levelled out. however we are definitely gonna cut at least 2 S*'s, maybe 3

I know that the current roster can't stay this way, i said in some thread that we will have to cut S*(s), but we will fix the roster.

You guys missed that first FG and got late turnovers. I was pretty worried that we would not hold on. We got the big plays in this one which was the difference.
