And guys, my friend have a pickup WR with gold first step and 60 quickness at the moment, he claims it isn't firing at all on the sims, any of you experiencing this?

They aren't fast but when pull specialist fires, they were faster yesterday.

Better conditioning then.
Better conditioning = better tackle rolls to try and stop the power back.
Better conditioning = better catch rolls to haul in the pass.
So far we've seen ridiculously high conditioning rbs. How many 80+ or 9-+ at the other positions do you see?
Exactly. However HBs can afford to max out high conditioning.

Yeah i agreed with bad building, better conditioning will improve tackling a lot, but a great margin of broken tackles happens even if the defender's energy is not depleted, and i don't think the drops problem is related to energy, i'm talking about when these situations happens with normal levels of energy.
Here's the thing. There's going to be broken tackles no matter what, since it's roll based RNG. I'd be willing to bet that defenders would consistently make tackles a lot better if they had the conditioning to boot. I don't see very many building that way though.

This guy is probably gonna be pretty sweet. Everyone gets worried that their caps elsewhere are going to suffer, but if you significantly raise the floor of your rolls then it's totally worth it.

Pretty standard blitz lb. I can show you how that looks for the last several seasons.

It's funny when you look through the blitz lbs on my teams over the season because they keep dropping agility and keep upping conditioning. I think Batista had around 75 I'll have to look.
Edit: oh lol I guess Batista only had 49. Damn that build really got screwed.

I have a feeling that conditioning's butter zone is very similar to power running...
85 - Okay
90 - Good
95 - Great
100 - Simgasm

Can you link an example? I have never seen a high conditioning HB truck a high conditioning LB with solid tackling skills.

He has terrible tackling skills. Maybe Brick Wall and Death Grip will help some.

I checked X Hammered, Trogdor and Barry toughest games, 5 for each player, LBs and Safeties had 2-4 miss tk per game, even S*s, they had and i'm not considering blitzers. Of course a pure tackler build will have a lower margin, but its way more costly for a defender to do a specialized build, he will be bad in a lot of situations. Not to mentioning that is very hard for a defender to have good caps in TT, TG, Sprinting and Conditioning, and now def consistency is more important, so can't ignore confidence. And a whole defense can't/shouldn't build just to stop one position, 1v11 is absurd.

ya, even having like 7 secondary guys with 100 conditioning and 80+ tackling tech/power/grip, it still sucks because you can't even get to trogdor at that point.
I mean we have a few different test teams using that foundation but i know we will be passed on like a motherfucker.
the problem actually exists at the point of there actually being 3 different tackling skills NEEDED when tackling the best backs from game to game. And you don't get enough FF's from those tackles to even think about just pushing power tackling to the max.
Oh well though.

i dunno, i would guess 88 and 80 aren't that much different. 100 might be a different story tho.
