Spastic had insider information and used it. That would be illegal on Wall Street. Doesn't need to be against the rules here, but definitely stirred up the hornet's nest.

Stobie has put a fix into place that helps mitigate this going forward. That will allow Spastic (and others) to manipulate their depth charts and play the fantasy game as they see fit

You clearly aren't as awesome as Xars. Get a helicopter and then we can talk.

Here's where we disagree.

He had two QBs on the roster. That was public. Everyone knew the resource was available. To me, the fact that people didn't consider this possibility is on them, not SC.

Illegal inside information would be something more like:

SC signs a new QB 1 min before game time, plays him in the game and picks him in the Fantasy league. That's material information known only to him (the concept of signing a new QB) and then enacting it for his benefit without anyone else knowing that was the game plan.

the issue isn't that spas did anything particularly wrong - the issue is that Stobie is trying to create a competitive game that is well balanced and offers some form of equal-ish playing field game play.
