Yup, after next batch of games we're probably set for the playoffs. We got one wild week left followed by a couple duds.

This season is definitely better than last season imo. At least because BMS has a shot at the post season.

I'm fairly certain I'll win next game however, because I've taken the opportunity to stack up on luck and name my dots after top NFL players. Be ready to get blue Nutz

The only luck you've stocked up on is bad luck. We'll be ready for you come game time and you'll be left singing the blues in the league forum.

BLAIR WALSH MISSED WIDE LEFT!!!!!!

Might as well name your players Jeremy Hill, Vontaze Burfict, and Adam Pacman Jones as well if we're talking about bad luck here lol

I don't even think you'll be able to handle the defensive game plan.

I'll be pulling some head scratchers and lols out on that field. Just when you think it can't get any worse for us, it will. I predict over 500 passing yards, one passing TD, and a shitload of field goals for you guys. Our wtf powers/skills on defense will be too much to handle in the end.

I've spent a long time studying the sim and the result of all that mental effort has resulted in the formation of a new defense. I will be leaving all wide receiver wide open by running engage eight every single play in order to decrease your completion percentage. #XFactor You can't stop it.

GG Nuts, although I am extremely upset that my 4th and trailing tactics were pretty much thrown out the window. I don't understand why the sim feels the need to do what it does sometimes, but they called a fumble that was more likely to be a "pass knocked loose" and instead of using my 4th quarter and trailing tactics of throwing the ball deep, they decide to run and call short plays.

After that, I honestly don't know if I want to waste another season on this piece of bullshit game. There are many things that need fixing that the devs clearly don't plan on adjusting anytime soon (seeing as there is another project underway) and the sim is too broke to even deal with atm.

Tactics have never been an issue for me

Other than the random punts with 1 minute left trailing in safe field goal range... That happened once or twice to me.

This is probably... the third time tactics had acted up on me. The second time I was winning by enough so it didn't bother me, but the fourth quarter was wacko (it was a majority pass team, but somehow they took the 10 invested into inside running and ran it pretty much most of the quarter) and the second time we kept getting to the redzone and kept calling outside rushes. Even this game the outside run kept getting called, which I was more than surprised to see. I don't even like outside runs. Even though we gained a few yards off of them this game I was mad, because I know I would never call outside runs that much.

And don't get me started with the wide open drops

The amount of points wasted into receiving for the receivers is amazing.

Its disappointing that we lost out on the playoffs, but I'm honestly glad we didn't make it. If shit like that happened in a playoff game I would never log back onto this game and maybe probably kill myself. I'm just gonna focus on lol plays and sprinting from now on most likely. Even if we won't be able to catch the at least we'll be able to get open for them

At least it was the Nuts. They are another good team who I believe could do something in the playoffs. I'd probably end up not gameplanning because my team is shit and wouldn't win either way.

Oh and this is the play in which I lost all the (little) respect I had left for this game: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/252414/3172799?player_id=178283

I'm going through your game watching to see.

Big drop by Sammy Watkins in the 2nd quarter. 3rd down, so maybe receiving consistency played a role?

Open drop from the fullback in 4th quarter, play wasn't gonna go anywhere though.

It looks like every other missed catch was due to either being thrown off target (the minority) or the plays being in traffic (the majority) and that's not the same roll as hands, which look good across all your receivers). It honestly appears like low points in catch in traffic is what killed you here.

Edit: with that said, I hate losing games on the last drive and my condolences your way.

The fullback drop pissed me off because... the fact he threw it to the FB in the first place. The CIT plays I missed didn't bother me because the TE's usually fulfill that role, but when that wide open it really should've been hands. I would've even taken that the ball got knocked loose. But a wide open drop is way to insane. We caught all of those against LUE LUE, but in a game we actually had a game to win the receivers went M.I.A.
