MeM, Logzilla, and Madison are the only undefeated teams left in Vet

Yeah, we sold out our D for the O that Whoville had been running this season, and then Whoville switched it up. Our O on the other hand, felt like a whole lot of stops resulting in 4th and inches. Unfortunate. We barely ran any O plays. Couldn't tell if our passing scheme was bad or not because we didn't have a big enough sample size. Credit to their D, they tackled well and we couldn't get conversions.

Neither FSM nor HAHA are going to be major players this season for #1. Got a lot of real life stuff happening (fun stuff though!), that's making it impossible to gameplan for days at a time. So both teams will run on default every now and then, I think just around weekends though.

not to sound like a douche, but if you can't kick a FG confidently from the 20 yard line in Vet, you might want to think about totally re-vamping your kicking game (ex - two jman/seasoned Ks vs one vet kicker that does KOs/FGs... similar price) my unboosted seasoned/jman kickers are pretty damn accurate from that range

We hit a coffin corner and they didn't make it past their own 7. I have no issues with that. I have little confidence in consistently hitting 37 yard FGs and would rather play for field position.

I have considered a change, but I don't really enjoy cutting guys that have been with us from the start. I know there really is no point in having a vet kicker, but it is what it is.

And I have no I confidence in my punter making that coffin corner even as an accuracy specialist.

So I kept a Vet kicker just so I could make kicks like this: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/197260/2569277

And then he didn't.

So we're all fucked in GLB2 Kickerland.

Technically true. Not effectively though.

He was on the Tampa Bay Belligerent Drunks for his entire career. I just wish I could have had him sign sooner. I had a S*WR inquiring so I had to take him. But I found room for Velvet again. He is going to be useless for a few games though. Then he will be his usual beast self!

Madison/Richmond tomorrow

I actually would almost prefer to play them with a better record, as now a loss to them would kill our elo... haha. Should be another good, tight game... hopefully this one isn't decided by turnovers.

GG - Icky dialed up an amazing offense. We also got lucky in the TO battle as well.

Great win for Richmond - but again, would rather have had this matchup late in the season.

I stopped watching when it was 7-0 Richmond after the lost WR fumble after the nice long drive followed by the and long broken TD run on their first play.... there's no coming back with heart after that rediculous 1st half. After watching the sim for a year and a half on GLB2, you just know when you're getting a bit simmed, even early.

we NEVER give up long plays, let alone 3 in one quarter. Two of the long plays given up were on me and the gameplan, but three of them were crazy, a long pass, and two broken runs. Then we got turnover happy... of course. We haven't lost a game with 0 turnovers since Feb... been a tad unlucky vs Richmond the last two times we've played with 3 INTs (all late on important drives) and 3 Lost Fumbles on 4 forced.

It's football. Shit happens.

It's why undefeated seasons are so unique.
