We always look forward to run teams . Now passing teams thats another story. I got to give credit to klocc1 who put together a great gameplan without him it might have been as jfbueno predicted.

I think you would have been stomped by the offense that was supposed to have run. Tough to say with the new pursuit mechanics. But you are welcome. Gonna be another season where BEEF is gonna have to come back from the dead I guess.

Your offense is coming around though. Should be a pretty decent force (like QCBC early days) come journeyman I think when your backs are abusing soft coverages.

Is this a hindsight thing of "oh I meant to do that"? I admit I was surprised that you did off-tackle so much even after you were ribbed on for your prior loss. When I saw so much off-tackle again I had thought you were trying to catch me thinking you would switch things up.

It is possible you could've beaten me with a different offense, I kind of sold out on some things.

Nope, had an offense for you and didn't apply it. Which is why you seen the exact same offense that was played in the last 2 games.

Well, better luck next time. I do similar dumb mistakes as well, so next time it'll probably be me that accidentally ran a pass defense depth chart against your all run team or something.

Maybe an all zone defense against Ashland or something right?

Ashland will see an all zone defense next week.

Phase 2 of my offenses identity won't reveal itself until basically JMan. A lot more SP, but mostly more SA's are needed for it.

I have a good idea of what phase 2 will consist of. Gonna be a tough offense to shut down.

Mannheim vs. Omaha...14.5 combined net yards of offense...lowest offensive production in any game ever? Probably.

(Oh, but run offenses are totally OP)

Jesus Christ!

Funny how it was a combined net 0 yards per rush...

POTG - http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/186892/671424

24 TFLs on Omaha's rQB...seems like there are a lot more games like this for rQBs in the lower levels this season with the changes.

My guess is that INHS didn't gameplan much on defense in that game, they ran ZEB around 90% of the time against your 3WR formations and you made them pay for that by using 3WR trips HB pitch strong. The Mannheim vs. Omaha game is much more telling about how completely defenses can shut down running offenses (at least at this early level when players aren't breaking many tackles).

That's exactly what happened BWAHAHAHAHAHA.

Just call me Michael Bolton

But yeah, once you guys start breaking tackles routinely you'll be bitches to stop. Plus your blocking will be even better by then. Right now safeties and some LBs are fast enough to get around the blockers (or at least push the ballcarrier back further as they try to go around blocks) so you get a lot of TFLs

I think I just threw up looking at those stats.
