He is having some stuff going on. DWC is just having a tough time in ladder. Our Defense hasn't been what it was last season.

Since Z has been gone. I will step in and add a little commentary.

I am going to put current ranks because I don't know what the rankings were before the matchups.

#1 Seattle SuperSonics (18-2) vs #7 Southside Rebels (16-4)
Southside came into this game fresh off of a win against the #3 team in the tier and riding a 5 game winning streak. In the ladder game prior, they beat Motor City Mayhem. So they beat two pure rush teams in their last two ladder games and were set to face another one in Seattle. The game was pretty close until the second half when Seattle's HB Drakovian Diety busted loose for a 58 yard touchdown run. The game was closer than the final score of 28-9 would indicate. Southside actually outgained Seattle 410 to 281, but the game came down to Seattle winning the turnover, field position and red zone battle. Overall, Southside has looked really good this season and will be a scary matchup for every team that faces them from here on out.

#2 Sons of Anarchy (19-1) vs #10 Dead World Cerberi (14-6)
Has there been a more impressive team than SoA this season? I don't think so. They have been on quite a tear and have their eyes on that #1 spot. Meanwhile, DWC is on a bit of a slide after starting the season out so well. They had lost 3 out of their last 4 games heading into this one. Two of them in a heartbreaking fashion losing by 1 point. Both teams started the game out well offensively and SoA had a 34-27 halftime lead. Ultimately though, DWC's defense had no answer for the SoA ground game. SoA was able to wear out their defense and cruise to a 62-27 victory. Only 1 punt and no turnovers out of the SoA offense in this one. Sons got 3 different players over 200 yards rushing and their HB's combined for 19 broken tackles. DWC has the best passing attack in our tier, so I don't think they are going anywhere. Especially with all the strong rushing teams at the top of the ladder, a lot of defenses are building to stop the run which should benefit a team like DWC. They need to shore up their defensive builds and playcalling though, because SoA is currently a class above them right now.

#3 Ever changing Name (18-2) vs #11 Dancoin Millionaires (13-7)
Dancoin has had an up and down season, but has beaten some good teams and kept it close against others. ECN has had a great season after many doubted his team after rookie ball. Jhigg's team has won 17 of their last 18 games with the only loss coming against the #2 team in the tier. ECN was the favorite heading into this game and proved it with a 28-17 victory. Their zone defense stifled Dancoin and held them to a meager 160 total yards and 2.7 yards per carry. Meanwhile Dancoin employed a heavy inside run stopping defense and ECN proceeded to pass the ball for 363 yards. Even with the yardage disparity, Dancoin had this game tied in the 3rd quarter due to ECN fumbling the ball away twice in their own territory. ECN ultimately pulled away though and held on to their #3 spot. WR Gordon Davis had a nice day, converting 11 targets into 9 receptions for 140 yards and 1 TD.

#4 MEM (17-3) vs #21 The Fappeners (12-8)

By now everyone knows how good MEM is. They possess the top rushing attack in the tier and one of the best in the game when you look at total yards. They lost a tough game to Southside in their last ladder match, but have been solid since the start of rookie ball. Stopping this team is no easy feat, especially for a team like The Fappeners. The Fappeners have been lingering around the 10-20 range for a while, but don't quite have the firepower to overtake the top teams when they get the opportunity to play them. This game wasn't close. MEM outscored them 45-0 and outgained them 445 to 93. HB Anthrax Jones II had a great game rushing for 208 yards, 4 TD's and breaking 6 tackles.

#5 Hub City Hustlers (15-5) vs #8 13th Gallic Legion (14-6)

Hub City started the season pretty rough by losing 4 of their first 6 games and lost some spots in the ladder. They picked themselves off the mat though and have proceeded to win 13 of 14 games and cemented themselves as a top 5 team. 13th Gallic is a team that beats everyone that they are supposed to but just can't get the big win against the top teams. Their 6 losses this season were against top 10 teams. With that said, 13th Gallic came to play in this one and it turned out to be one of the closest games of the week. It's a shame the way the game ended. Check this out: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/143468/2027460
End of game logic fail

#6 Motor City Mayhem (17-3) vs #24 Dallas Djinn (11-9)
MCM is a team I am familiar with. They had a rough rookie season and didn't even make the playoffs. This season they have really turned things around and have picked up some nice wins along the way. Climbing up to #6 in the ladder is quite impressive when you look at where they were. Dallas is a relatively unknown team and they were in over their heads in this one. Motor City QB V Demon ran all over them for 411 yards and 5 TD's and the final score was 48-10 in favor of MCM.

#9 The Factory of Sadness (13-7) vs #17 Jarvis Street Coffee Squirrels (11-9)
The Factory of Sadness is a tough team to peg. They have some impressive wins against good teams, but also some head scratching losses. They have been a tough team since rookie season though and were the favorite heading into this game. Jarvis is a team that was hanging around the top 10 last season, mostly due to racking up a ton of wins in a weak league. They have fallen back a bit this season and probably sit where they belong. Jarvis managed to put up 31 points but didn't have an answer for Factory's run game. Factory ran for over 500 yards and picked up the 45-31 victory. Jarvis scored two 4th quarter TD's to make the score a little more respectable. QB Vincent Swift V led the way with 429 yards rushing and 5 TD's.

Their massive morale spiral didn't help either. SoA ended the game with around 90 pancakes to just 15 cakes for DWC.

the two silliest AI issues I've seen on this game are kicking field goals at the end of the first half on 1st/2nd/3rd down with over 10 seconds left and punting at the end of the game despite being inside of "Max" field goal range and the score being within 3 points.
