Absolutely, the price I started with is the max I will charge ever. The only other tier will for all the tools sans scouting.

Can you filter an offense by formation? The brief trial test I used it for didn't really give me insight to creating a defense, which is the really only thing you need to scout for day to day.

Only thing you can key off defensively is WR set so I built filter around that. Would seem sort of redundant to do by formation when you can't key off of it.

For example in 3 WR you can't change your defense for a Singleback Trips and Shotgun, so I didn't set the filters up that way to gear towards defensive coordinators.

Filter by Wr's.
0=GL's
1=Big I, SB Big
2= I's, Pro set
3= SB, sg
4=Spread
5... well. yeah.

Just got done adding 2 new features.

- Meta Data play analyzer across a whole tier. (essentially for this defensive play here are all the offensive plays and percentages around it)

Still adding more.... all will be added in the offseason.

I don't know how to use it. It looks like it'd be cool but I'm at the home screen, and apparently i'm too dumb to work it

wow - that tool is amazing.

after looking at it for a few minutes:

- it is a great anti spam tool. Playing a rookie team who spams the GL HB Sweep? In 234 attempts - Shallow Sam has kept it to 3.47 yards per carry.


- but at the same time -- it doesn't report (how could it) the who/what/where of it -- so it can't report on build effectiveness. So you can rely on that tool if you know what your opponent will do -- but the question remains -- how will your builds and your opponents builds impact those plays? My opinion: it will be significant.

Mhhhh. I also love the new feature, just scared that this whole thing will go too far and take too much thinking and coaching away :/ I always looked at Ds and thought myself what would/could work against it and used it (didnt even make scrims to test, as I never scrim due to flex^^). Now it just decides on stats^^ but oh well...

Maybe 15$ a season would have been the better option as this thing is getting bigger and bigger^^

just my opinion - I don't think it takes the thinking away -- I think it still requires knowledge of builds and how a specific team performs.

I do think it will help punish those teams who spam the same O or D over and over without changing things up (if the opponent uses this)

I do think it makes things a bit harder for people who coordinate multiple teams. Where they might have been able to come up with a base D that they use for 75% of the games on 6 different teams -- they will likely be punished for that now (if opponent has this)

I think as this is used it will prove out that builds play a very large role in the game (maybe even more so than playcalling in extreme cases like stunners / air raid)

I kind of was saying this early on, but did agree was much harder to justify the amount early on. I am adding some more tools that will only help people construct teams and builds.

Virtual roster builder to make sure your under salary cap that will allow the user to save for future reference.
Virtual player builder that will allow you to save the build for future reference as well.

Some other options in the horizon that are bucket items so to speak:

Open Build Checker
Playbook Importer/Exporter so that people can share playbooks.
Player stat tracking from league/ladder games to generate top X lists.

and so on...

Seriously though, it is pretty funny how quickly Stobie gets stuff like this done after Corndog complains about small stuff like this taking up too much of his time to actually implement.

Now that stuff Ya, I might look at the 10 better. Just scout tool imo was looking at 5/month but those features are awesome. Hell by time season 8 is done tax returns will be coming back might consider a lifetime even depending how everything looks game wise and tool.
