when you think of hali back when they were relevant (and holy shit that was a long long time ago), you think of both of their running backs, dooley and jedi. nobody remembers who their WR's were except for the people who owned those wr's.

so i think of them as a running team, even if they were exploiting screens.

Jedi Knight was a monster

One of my favorite games was the S11 CC when Bonn and Hali went screen vs. screen http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=801121

Hali had 26 completions to their HBs, 3 to everyone else combined. Toss in another 25 rushes. Funny thing is how often I hear people saying how great the sim used to be. ffs, go back and watch some of those games, lol.

Fair enough. Lately, though, you wouldn't think of them as a running team despite all the screens.

i think running teams run more and passing teams pass more. Nice to see so many different viewpoints on that though.
