The good teams in Elite #1 have beaten us as often as we have beaten them over the past 4 seasons in scrims and tourney games. The Steel Rain, Richey, BSS, Bogota, RNG have always given us good games but we have given as good as we got. That is a short list tbh, and Paragonal was never on it. We never lost to that crap team and most of the teams I listed put horrific whippings on them too.

Paragonal would have lost to most of the teams in Elite #2 the same way they did in Elite #1. As was born out when you guys lost to teams that demoted from Elite #2 like Fat Jaws in your epic failure season in competitive.

Yea short list cause you forgot Laos. Wow we loose 1 game by 2 ST td's and we can't make the list. I see how it has to be now merenoise

GG LoDD. Absolutely maddening game to watch, but I'll take the end result. Hopefully we only have to play you guys one more time this season.

Lawl effective level changes. So remember loleffective level ? Well now each position shows how you are compared to others at that level. So above the effective then you are probably better than most players at your position. But under it? Well then lolu

Loving the new EL, clearly shows the difference between a good, bad, and great builder.

Kind of, but there's an asterisk for this age group right now. Half the dots who boosted their first season have an extra 20sp in their build, the others won't catch up until next season.

noone will be negative as a result of this though. Also , it is a pure 20 SP, so it will not have extra SP value, although dots that got it early this season do get several SP value worth of alg out of it, though, thats not an asterisk, as it will not be made up.

Yeah, agree with everything you said. Although it IS possible for a player who is negative EL to go to positive once he gets that 20 sp.

Your HB with the neg EL will probably slip back into negatives later, even if he is up after the 20 SP, combo HB are at a ALG disadvantage due to 5 majors, so even a well built will have trouble.

No 3rd place trophy for Laos this season? And Apatity is still in it doing a better job than Laos? I wonder if anyone has ever made reference to that?

Not for long I suspect. I have a feeling we're going to get smoked by Cybertron and their team of more-than-25-boost players.

Edit: Actually, I don't know if they have boosted that many times or not. Just realized they would have leveled to 57 yesterday even if they had only boosted 24 times.

Where is the bracket for this tourney?
