you just need to stick to opening mouth only to drink, thats helpful advice from a 50 something with experience. You need to be careful cause someone might come along and help you with foot in mouth by shoving it up to your knee, lol

take 2 tylenol and drink a glass of water before you go to bed, that way you wont feel like shit when you wake up
