I barked about it a lot in S20, fell on deaf ears and got my ass chewed off for the effort. So I said fuck it and went all out in S21 to try to get TIA to Gold and will enjoy having 2 Gold teams in S22, though TIA will be the same as in S21, ie a non-boosting, partial CEQ, no scouting team. If TIA gets demoted, that's fine. If they do well and make the playoffs, that's also fine. I am in the process of trying to get TIA moved over to the East.

I tried and failed to get policy changed, so time to let someone else try to do that, I don't care anymore.

lol you guys beat me to it. I just saw TIA and checked Gerr's profile and it looks like he'll be fielding a team. I think someone should link all the threads where he went crazy over owners having two teams in gold. He even took this out to support.

Gerr being my good friend, I'll give him the benefit of doubt. I think he forgot that his team made it to gold and accidentally created players for TIA. Now that knowing that they made it to gold, he should man up and sell his team or go cpu. So he has a choice to make to either admit that he was being a sore loser and apologize to everyone or sell his team (or go cpu).

Yes it's hypocritical of me to field a 2nd team in Gold after barking so hard in S20 against that very issue. But all that barking fell on deaf ears and I got shit on for my efforts, so I presume people are either for owning a 2nd Gold team, or don't care one way or another.

So yes, I am going to field a 2nd team this season and will continue to do so until someone else takes up the fight against it and gets the admins to change policy.

It fell on def ears eh? The ONLY person in gold with two teams is yours. Whats sad is you went through with it after complaining so much about that exact thing. I believe quite a few of us owners/coordinators could easily beat up on some silver and land a 2nd or 3rd team in Gold. Would seem pretty silly and greedy to me. I think your full of excuses bud, you been planning that all along. Otherwise there was no reason to buy custom EQ on your silver team. Congrats, hope you feel proud of yourself. Kind of hard letting new talent in the league when there is one less spot to a new team because someone can't control their ego. Well like they say, it's your money

One other thing, way to depreciate the name of a once great team, The Insane Asylum. At least change the name, ya know like Greedy cubs or something
