lol effective level doesnt mean anything yet. Just cause I experimented with a well rounded CB (and not put everything in speed), and a Strength MLB. Obviously it works cause they played against teams at and above their level and did great. Especially the CB. So obviously my builds work and are effective. Which couldnt be said about yours
