And a big part of the issue is that there were only 10 EE expansion leagues released two seasons ago and then the others released this season. So there is a good deal of disparity in EE A, which is most likely why Bort even brought it up in the first place.

I vote yes for a restructuring. I handpicked my agents and players in Season 6 and plan on keeping my whole team together for many seasons to come. And for those who said that we just don't want to recruit? Yes, you're correct. I'm sticking by the agents that are sticking with me and we're going to ride it out with what we've got. Takes alot of the fun out of the game when you have to ditch all of your Level 24 friends just so you can grab a bunch of unknown 40-somethings. Besides, we all have Presidential names and we're kinda stuck with each other

People wonder why there are so many CPU teams? The lack of parity is the reason.

NO! This is just an out to people that don't want to recruit.

No it's not

more like it is a punishment to people who do recruit and recruited a full roster of dedicated teammates before this first season ever and dont want to start hiring mercenaries to compete. We want to have a level playing field.

OH I get you guys just want to recruit one class and call it good. Recruiting involves always improving the team. I've actually brought in higher level players and reduced the number of agents on the team. Oh, and I won my expansion conference so I had a 'good' team, I just have a better one now because I recruit...

People just want to win without putting any effort forward. 'We won our BBB, we should win all the time'...'This isn't fair, it's too hard, I quit' that is why there are so many CPU teams.

Random thought. If you just want to stick with your core group of players and not have to recruit to be competitive, buy a casual league team...

You are completely missing the boat here. It is not that people think their BBB team should be able to compete at every level. They were fully prepared to lose next season before their team levels enough to be competitive at the next level(because the team is made up of friends). Bort's proposal of the shuffle gave teams another option, compete this year. Who wouldn't want that?

A team that prepared to be promoted and recruited to be competitive at the next level. To see the teams that couldn't or didn't recruit just get a bye is BS, IMO. I'm only expressing my opinion here.

Yup, you got me. When all else fails, let's go ahead and start a flame war. I'll go 0-16 and still keep my team but that's not the point. The point is that now, every level from A to PRO needs to be stacked with Level 40-55 players in order to compete? How is that fair to anybody?

You talk about not putting in any effort? That's exactly what will happen when teams are either winning OR losing 255-0. There will be ZERO gameplanning, scouting, or adjusting of AI's because you put in "effort" for 5 days recruiting. You could move all of your players into a different position, suffer the OOPP, and run basic tactics only and STILL demolish the teams that stayed true to their team and didn't purchase cheap whores that aren't good enough for higher leagues.

There's probably a reason why there are only 2-3 dissenting opinions regarding this and it's not laziness.

FAIL.

Just because some of us have the patience to watch our teams grow, instead of feeling the need to re-tool the entire roster every time we get promoted, does not mean we don't want to be competitive, or reach the top levels of the game. It just means we're willing to wait and let it happen with a core group of agents that we respect.

Why should I open my team up to potentially dealing with asshat agents who don't log in, or don't build their players properly, or who care more about personal stats than the success of the team, etc, when I can fill a roster with friends/agents who value our team concept first and foremost instead?

What happens to your team if there is a shuffle? Nothing. You get to play against decent teams who are of a similar level, and put your coaches' skills to the test. I kinda thought that was what the game is about. You almost sound like you're afraid to have to go up against teams at the same capability as your own. The last time that happened it worked out well for you, as I recall... I am *quite* certain this season will be no different.

You want to build a team of mercenaries, so be it. You're going to beat the rest of us all to the pros, no doubt. Hope you're ready for us when we get there

Did you quit? Then that probably wasn't directed at you...I love how every Free Agent is a whore or Merc. You guys are comical. The only reason you want this is because it's easier.

From another forum KWD and I are in, thought I'd share it here:

I would've jumped on this opportunity had I had it; I would've recruited or rather signed differently had the announcement not said yesterday EE wasn't involved. Bort has taken VenomCoach's restructure forum and bastardized the entire thing. Of course promoted BBB teams want to stick together, they're good teams. But, what about the average BBB teams that didn't get promoted which have the same 'median' (LMFAO) should they have to play against the teams that got promoted again? Or should Riga get forced to AA because we recruited a team good enough to win A? Plus Bort's execution of this will favor certain teams and fuck others, mark my words.

We gained an unexpected promotion (too many CPU above us) but this is our team. We're a group of friends and plan to stay together for a long time. This is our second season and expect to be a competive one like our first.
