I had very much been wanting to get into an Africa Pro League team, prior to the expansion 4 weeks ago (and in fact had had some PM discussions with Bort about that possibility)

When it became clear that no new regions would be added, i purchased a team in South America AAA, but if it is still possible to have my team moved to Africa Pro when it gets created, i'd like to take advantage of that opportunity.



We will allow some transfer teams in off-season, if I talked to you about it before, but we really want to limit the number of them. I doubt as many teams will want to move this time - they all wanted the new USA leagues last season. Since we won't be adding USA leagues...

Bort, have you thought about the idea that people who own more than two teams get to choose what 2 teams they get to keep, and then the others are taken away, and the owner is reimbursed full price for how much each team costs? I think that would also help with the huge number of people who wants teams, and also that the owners don't completely lose what they have invested.

i didnt read through all that but i have a question do we pay 500 to be on the list then another 500 once we get the team or is it now 1500 to get a team 500 to be on list 1000 to buy?

Bort - I think your suggestion is fair, but I think Account Creation date should only affect the INITIAL order of the Waiting List, and after the Waiting list has been up for 48 hours, then all people adding themselves to it get placed at the end of the waiting list.

Also, I think now is the time to do something about the people that own multiple teams. No one wants to see them get screwed over, but i think something should be in place now to warn them that shortly they will have to pick only 1 team to keep. Let them sell to their teammates before this waiting list comes up, or tell them next season is the last year they'll have with all but 1 team.

500 to be on list then 500 afterwards...so still 1000

What do you consider inactive owner?

What if current owner wants to sell team to current GM on the team?

how do you buy teams, currently owned.

I'd Like to get another team.

maybe move the inactive thing from 3 days to 5..

I know I have 2 long camping weekends setup I'm sure others do as well...

I also know I'm very active and except for thoes camping weekends I am in the game 7-8 times a day easy..


Is there going to be anything that tells you what number you are in the list?

If you go inactive, and get removed, as soon as you rejoin, you'll be back in the same spot since its orders by Account Creation?

The same spot you would have been if you had remained in the queue.

However if teams were released while you were then you missed out.

Seems like a big flaw.

Account Creation date should affect position in the original queue, and then after 48 hours, or a week, or whatever, the Queue takes people onto the end, regardless of account creation date.
