I put this in suggestions and was asked to add to this thread. This idea is slightly different as it is less of a "team thing" and more of an "individual player thing."
I've seen that the Mannings have an off season camp for younger QBs to develop their passing skills. I've also heard of players attending camps for speed training or agility training. I think this would be really cool to incorporate into GLB. The players would spend their money to attend the camp, and the cost would vary based on the level of the player attending (after all, it costs much less for a mighty might to go to a camp at the "Y" than it does for a professional athlete to travel to Arizona or Florida). Here's an example of costs -
Level 0-7 : $ 500 per level
Level 8-15 : $1,000 per level
Level 16-23 : $2,000 per level
Level 24-31 : $4,000 per level
Level 32-39 : $8,000 per level
Level 40-47 : $16,000 per level
Level 48-55 : $32,000 per level
Level 56-63 : $64,000 per level
Level 64-71 : $128,000 per level
Level 72-79 : $256,000 per level
The player would select which camp to attend (they can be named after famous GLB players like endorsements) and gain a significant bonus to a particular attribute. This bonus could be for the following season only, or maybe even a permanent boost. I'd propose a +4 bonus, but I'll leave it up to the game developers to hammer that out as I am sure balance would have to be maintained.
Thoughts?

+1000 for an off-season training camp.
And +10000000000 for BigCowboysFan's avatar.

I like the idea... but how much can you really determine who is better in your LOT example? training will not show you this.

Nope. Training won't show you this. However, the individual drills (sort of like a combine) would show whose faster, stronger, etc.
