Because the plan is to either use gold shed block and stun or reverse pancake.

You need some other skills besides just BRB/SB to perform a successful shed block consistently

Good job. Tosche needs to win to stay ahead now that PORN has jumped them in the rankings after the frankly quite surprising scoreline against a decent journeyman team.

Looks like we are showing all who the best tier is....

Very good win there by No name against the Avengers.

GG Mannheim, you really held our offense (Tosche)in check for the most part, and we got VERY lucky with 2 forced fumbles we recovered. Without those, the outcome could have been very different.

This game shows how deep this tier is...wow.

GG back at you.

This isn't directed at you but that game is a great example of why I'm resetting my team and getting away from the all-run offense. I felt really good about the offensive game plan and for the most part it worked out nicely but there is such tiny room for error if you are all run it just isn't worth it. (Insert rant about elusive tactic DEs here).

Also, it doesn't look like I lost any tier ranking from the loss which is a nice break. 3 of my 4 losses have been to the current 1, 2, and 3 teams in the tier.

I thought your game plan was excellent. You ran far more inside than I thought you would have, and had great success doing it. Your O line got a great push against our Dline constantly. I was very worried about this game against you, and we did get lucky with the RNG on the fumbles.

It is tough with the all run offense, I think you have done a fantastic job with it, especially without boosting. I can definitely see the frustrations with the slim margin for error though.

Wow i just saw the scoreline against the swamp Donkeys. Nice job PORN. I had you picked to win, but not by that margin. Hats off there.

I think it's also likely that Mannheim and GE's all run struggles stem from having no S* talent carrying the rock.

HAHA's a different case being balanced, but there's still a big production and quality difference between my normal RB and my S* RB.

It's a combination of no S*'s and also not having a passing threat. DC's have to account for your passing game and have to call plays accordingly and also aren't likely to leave their DE's on evasive when facing you.

Truth be told, I have no clue what tactics our DE's use and I gave them no instructions on changing them. I do agree with you that you need a very specific plan to go all run. I find defending against all run teams much easier than passing.

Ok, then how do you explain this? Referencing this play:

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/206232/912461

The CB has 68 break run block, 61 footwork, 80 pursuit and silver shed block. The WR has 20 run block tech, 10 run blk power, 20 run block aware, 22 run block consistency and 40 footwork. The snap reaction is about the same.
