I'm so glad that Bort and company saw thru that nonsense and finally took action. Should it have been done sooner? Absolutely? Will it need to be tweaked once the smoke clears from the first round of changes? Probably. But getting "input from owners" would have ensured that this nonsense of build-gut-then-drop would have continued as an effective work-around with regard to in-game finances.
