Black Mamba Week 6 Games of the Week

Two big games this week in Black Mamba. All other tops teams should have no issues winning.

1980s Run Stuffers vs Northland Reavers
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/compare_teams/2124/1975

Run Stuffers try to keep sole possession of 1st place in Beta as Northland tries to keep pace with Fury in Alpha. Northland is coming off a 17-7 victory over Phoenix, where they shut down the mainly rushing offense to 3.3 YPC. Run Stuffers, who got throttled last ladder game by Erie Chiefs 17-0, are trying to rebound. Run Stuffers all run offense will need to come up with a game plan to turn around this ship or it will sink. Run Stuffers come out pissed, get Skeletor going early and take home a close victory, 21-17.

The Jedi Order vs Blue Ridge Moonshine Club
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/compare_teams/1762/2094

The Jedi Order has really turned the corner this season, currently ranked #2 in sophomore with a 9-1 record and boasts the best offense in the tier. Jedi Order need a win to keep control of 1st place in Gamma while Blue Ridge is hoping for an upset victory or they risk falling further behind 1980s in Beta. It will be a tall order but is Blue Ridge up for it? It will be very tough for the mostly running offense of Blue Ridge do anything vs the 11 S* defense of the Jedi Order. On the other side of the ball, #1 HOF Sophomore player right now, Anakin Skywalker, will be taking damn near every carry for the Order. Can Blue Ridge slow him down enough to take home a victory? Anakin Skywalker and the Jedi Order are too much for Blue Ridge as they continue to dominate the competition.

Fuck! I spammed 2TE QB roll weak because I thought you would run the same defense against me that you ran last game vs Phoenix.

Well to be fair you did have one part of my D game plan completely beat, your HB runs to the outside left while my defense was coming off the right side. I'm not actually sure why that play was in there as I had thought I had replaced it too. I had most of the rest of it bottled up to a few yards per or a TFL.

I took out my I-Form Strong roll out. I think that might have done well...

This is why I don't change my offensive game plan much. I always seem to screw it up and guess wrong.

I watched the entire Jedi Order vs Blue Ridge game. Blue Ridge was down 38-0 but came back and lost 38-28. If Jedi Order would game plan on defense, they might be unbeatable.

I get them tomorrow in league play. Should be a good game as 1980s is designed to stop the run.
