I only have liability, not full coverage. Would they still do that? Because it's really completely totaled and I'm hurting for a vehicle. Any extra money would be fantastic

you're likely screwed.
if it is labeled 'no-fault', as it sounds like this was/is, then everyone is responsible for their own reparis.

It could be worse I suppose. Hospital bills were almost nonexistent, and I never had any real illusions about the insurance paying for my car, I was just deathly worried about having to pay for the guy who t-boned me.

Probably going to use all my saved up rainy day money to rent a car this week, scrounge up absolutely all my money over the next month or so to buy a cheap ass car while I work to save up for a slightly better one.

that's where your liability would have kicked in, which (typically, there could be exceptions, I guess) has no deductible

A 23-year-old honor student is dead after he was fatally shot by a campus police officer during a traffic stop in San Antonio, Texas, police said.

University of the Incarnate Word student Robert Cameron Redus was pulled over by Cpl. Christopher Carter at 2:30 a.m. Friday near the campus for driving "erratically at a high rate of speed," police said. Then, according to police, "a struggle ensued between the suspect driver and the police officer." The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Tree House Apartments, which is adjacent to the campus.

Redus was shot multiple times during the struggle and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

"There was boom, boom, boom, boom, boom -- six shots," a witness, who asked to not be identified, told ABC News affiliate KSAT-TV.

Authorities say it's unclear why the struggle ensued and why Redus was shot multiple times. The University confirmed that Carter is on paid administrative leave while the investigation continues, which is standard procedure for police agencies in Texas. Carter "has an extensive law-enforcement background" and has been with the school for "several years," the university said in a statement.

ABC News was unable to reach Carter for comment. Police didn't provide additonal details of the incident.

His insurance agent is ignoring the fact that mine just ruled the guy that hit me was following too close, so it's going to arbitration.

I have a feeling I'll win because his agent's entire argument is 'Well no cuz he couldnt react', which incriminates his own case and pretty well supports mine.

Does anyone know of any languages with exactly or near exactly the same word order as English? I want to learn a new language and I'm tired of memorizing orders. I was alright with Spanish and I dabbled in Afrikaans but I want as close to my native word order as possible

If you already know Spanish, then I'd recommend French. Even cheating my way through three years of Spanish, I'm still able to pick up on some French without even studying it.

German is not terribly difficult to learn because its so logical. All of the grammatical rules make sense and there aren't a whole lot of exceptions.
