I agree with this. I think I got my team 1 season after you did and we had no players and limited funds. We won 1 championship on the way towards AAA, then I decided to start over. I have a little bit of money, but I'm hardly loaded (by comparison). The reason why I chose to start over was because on the way there, the number of teams that was abusing the system was phenomenal. The thought was either join up with the exploiters, or start over and try to make it fun again. My timing was bad because now this is happening.
That said, I like the idea only because it makes me work hard, like I did when I first got the team, and it just makes sense. It's not a complete solution, but at least it's heading in the right direction.
