Game of the week:
Valhalla Odin's Sacrifice vs. Berlin Mustaches
Fire King Casino Odds: Berlin -3
The East seems to be on a heater which probably means this is the week the West takes it back. VOS vs Berlin, clash of two of the very best Gold league has to offer. I'll be watching. Game flow is going to be important here and VOS needs to control the clock as much as possible. We'll see.
Best of the Rest:
Louisville Fire vs. Cleveland Brownz
Fire King Casino Odds: Brownz -7
Potentially the first time Cleveland is favored this season (I haven't gone back and checked) but they do deserve it. A plucky team currently sitting 5th in the East but that may not be for long. On the other hand, the Fire need this win to stay ahead of the Meme's in 5th place who are slowly improving.
philly Meme Lords vs. The Roman Legion
Fire King Casino Odds: Rome -3
Lots of close games this week and this one could go either way. Rome has the explosive offense but the Meme's can hang with anyone. I hope the stadium stocked up on fireworks.
Bulldawg Nation vs. Sin City Fire Kings
Fire King Casino Odds: Sin City -4.5
Sin City appear to be fortunate here, catching the Bulldawgs in the middle of a potential down year. Any other season and the Dawgs would be favored in this matchup, no doubt.
EagleFang Karate vs. Corrupt Mayors
Fire King Casino Odds: Karate -12.5
Karate played Sin City close last week in the game of the week but dropped a narrow one. They now find themselves suddenly in the midst of a two game skid. They'll need a good performance to get back to winning ways.
