Your one example from rookie shows that the guy with the most picks in the game had heavily invested in int for a sophomore build... How do we know how much int a CPU has? From my understanding I would their builds are rounded af so I would guess their int is just as high as their other skills.

My QB hasn't thrown a pick yet in 2 games. now that Ive said that he'll start throwing them left and right.

Nothing wrong with improving the ability to get Ints, but......the devs went way overboard. QBs are throwing a pick a game now, and then I get to watch my S* QB throw 5 Ints against a CPU roster. And not on long floaty passes either. http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/game/470885

They always go overboard, then adjust after a season of shit

Not much to adapt for in terms of the passing game. It's happening pretty widely across the board despite builds.

More likely the interceptions increase as more teams carry an int corner or 2 along with a cover int lb.

Or everyone turns to fully running the ball again.

Yup. Offense was pretty balanced the last couple of seasons, then this shit

Only 4 QBs were Top 20 last season. 2 of which were Running QBs. Passing in GLB2 is marginal to begin with, and even the best QBs are in the 60% completion range and aren't as efficient as powerbacks rushing for 9-10+ yards per carry. So sure, its great if we want the few teams that actually pass to stop, but then GLB2 is nothing but rushing.

AA won Vet last year...and all passing team with a few S*s.

Power running is not what is use to be. Power rushing has been getting destroyed by changes over the last few seasons. The best backs in the game now are combo backs.

Another thing this will do is make a S* QB viable again. Prior to this change, you could make a very good non-S* QB, by investing little in power and load up on con, acc and tech. Now to get a great QB, you will need to make a S* QB, which takes a huge hit on salary, which will then make teams have less money to load up on 9+ S*s.

This change has had a huge effect on the game all around....in a good way.

Says the all rush team built for turnovers...such a loser

Best back last season was a power back.

My current team is balanced....brah. I am stating the obvious. No bias here.

No he's actually right. Combo backs are fucking irritating and the fact that they can return the ball too is annoying as well....

Which is exactly why I have one on roster.

AA has the GOAT GLB2 QB ever and arguably the top WR builds ever next to him. Oh, and bhall/Rob gameplanning on top of that. So yeh, they eeked out a highly competitive Vet season, but its not like their team was overpowered, it's just really well run. Nearly every team that succeeds in this game revolves around a powerback now. It's getting repetitive to be honest. You say power running is nerfed, but where? I still see plenty HBs rushing for over 9-10+ ypc. You would be hardpressed to find any QB approaching that efficiency outside of Denali....who threw 4 Ints against CPU defenders today. I think the goal is for variety of team styles in GLB2, but this change will kill interest in passing

Most of the INTs I've seen today look like this. The WR drops the pass/fails the CIT roll and it falls into the DBs hands. This is probably due to a NAQB (Noodle Arm QB) pass and the new change were a DB INTs rate goes up on long, weak passes.

Or just not rely on throwing 15+ yard passes every play.

AA is Air Raid 10 seasons later, they're extremely similar.

Last season 12 ints in 2386 attempts seems a little too crazy to me. This season we're still at a small sample size here... CPUs may actually be better than regular players atm at intercepting, I imagine their investment in int is higher than most regular players. What gameplanning is going to stop interceptions?

Good passing QBs are at/around 9-10 ypa, Good HBs around the same, and in the past HBs have turned the ball over more than QBs

Why are we glossing over the fact that the guy had 16 TDs.... A 16:4 TD/Int ratio in real life would be enough to make a defensive coordinator shit his pants and break all available tablets on deck. And one or two of the guys that had picks weren't even CPU

Add that to the fact that he also had over 1000 yards and an insane completion rate for what, 77 passes.... Jesus fucking Christ that's nothing to complain about. CPU defenders most likely have more int than we put into our guys, there have been CPU players intercepting passes for the longest so this is just making them a little better.

There are about 3 DBs on the Denver Yellowjackets that have no points in intercepting or deflecting (and as the DC that irks the shit out of me) yet they all pulled in at least 3 interceptions last season.

In 16 games there are guys in the NFL pulling in 6-8 interceptions faithfully. In 30 games I don't see why a DB can't pull in at least 7-9
