this is a LVL 10 player just entering Seasoned, so there's only so much SP to spread. What combo of skills will do the job? Keep in mind, we're again talking about a 70 pwr running RB, not 90.

There is one of the main problems. A defender has many more skills he needs to pump while a power running HB only needs to pump conditioning, power running and sprinting. Carry grip is dirt cheap as is carry awareness.

Can you link the play? What was his stamina the time of the broken tackle? And what was the HBs?

I completely agree about the skills issue. It's a big reason why I was hoping to see acceleration moved totally to quickness, and things like footwork/elusive become more important. Despite the changes, I see no ill effects for low foot/elusive.

Will have to go back through the game at a later time.

Cover M just runs right through other players.

Not sure if they changed this but watch Darth Vape on this play. He runs right through his teammate. But if you notice, he doesn't run through the WR as he makes a slight deviation from his straight path to avoid the WR. So it looks like the defenders can run through their teammates and not the offensive guy getting blocked.

Everybody that says passing was nerfed is just paranoid and needs to fix der builds.

Long live the all rush offense!

This sprint nerf also screwed over pulling guards and blitzing OLBs. I have noticed since the changes that my pulling guard is slower and my ROLB on the Tiger 3 is getting picked up a LOT by the left tackle. Prior to today, he might get blocked 30% of the time. Now it seems like 60%-70% of the time.

Your guards run a 5.88 40. It's possible that opponents have increased their speed drastically compared to the low investment your guards have.

I agree with bad builds, and yes we can't exactly compare with NFL, considering very low tackling skills, while in NFL almost every player probably have at least 80-90 (tackling cap for defenders in GLB should be increased a bit, its quite low), but consider this: In GLB, a running back with 90 power running can bulldoze over a whole defense, and can break tackles iconsistently against good tacklers. But a receiver with 80-90 hands still drops a considerably amount of times, even uncovered, specially if you add pressure situations, since 2 consistency skills come to play, pass consistency and receiving consistency, and there is no running consistency (not saying it should have, just doing an observation), realistically a open receiver drop is very rare, way more rare then a power back breaking a tackle against a solid tackler, open receivers catch rolls should be increased, while covered receivers lowered a bit, non pressured passes should have higher tech.

There is a CLEAR diference between run game and pass game right now, no one can deny it, no wonder everyone has a S* HB, even with good building, gameplan, etc, run game is way stronger, generally speaking, a full passing team ais no match against a full running team.

Better conditioning then.

Better conditioning = better tackle rolls to try and stop the power back.

Better conditioning = better catch rolls to haul in the pass.

So far we've seen ridiculously high conditioning rbs. How many 80+ or 9-+ at the other positions do you see?

Yeah i agreed with bad building, better conditioning will improve tackling a lot, but a great margin of broken tackles happens even if the defender's energy is not depleted, and i don't think the drops problem is related to energy, i'm talking about when these situations happens with normal levels of energy.

I'm gonna watch this guy closely this season. I still have to boost so I'm still going to cap Power Tackling.
