Right but the point is that GL is still a very usable formation and will still lead to some big runs by people assuming that just blitzing it hard is going to be dominant.

I hope people middle overload. I love GL Offtackle plays, they're the tits.

Some of the Offtackle plays (from what I can tell, not all of them though) give the RB the choice to hit either the C gap as intended, or slip inside the B gap if a defender overcommits. I've found that really juicy.

No, but it looks nice. I was a little upset other Cover 3 plays weren't included, but that one has some potential. Paraboon's zone team is finally in the proper tier, and as far as I know that's the highest level zone team, so that'd be the one to check in on.

Anyone else notice the QB rollouts from the Diamond formation acting as a pass, before the QB tuck and runs?? The delay is quite large. Instead of following blockers, he drops back as though to pass, and tries running way too late.

Thats how the Rollout Weak from Diamond has always been too;I've pointed this out since the Diamond Formation was first introduced but the developers dont seem to care at all

That's definitely the point of the play. The receivers are on streaks. Its a delayed fake where defenders don't key in on the QB run, sending then further out of position. No idea which defensive play calls it would work best against.

yeah the fake pass rollouts are intentional. How effective they are depends on much.

The play is called roll out strong.... When the QB is tackled behind the line of scrimmage it is recorded as a sack not a TFL. I would say the play is bugged as hell.... nice.. xD

no its definitely not...its the same bug as in the weak side play. Not intentional, just poorly copy-pasted I guess

I'm pretty sure Corndog talked about it in the forum threads discussing the plays originally when he added them. Those rollouts were intended to behave differently that way.

He nevers aid anything about that other play Mysterio pointed out a last season...no idea where to find the replays but they are 100% TFL and there was no way it could be any different other than breaking the DE tackle. If it was coded intentioanally this time then CDog was drunk

It's not 100% tfl. The weak rollout from SB big is pretty much tho. The diamond ones can be ok but real bad against zone which a lot of people play against run teams. SB big rollout weak sucks so bad because the qb runs straight down the Los at the snap and runs right into the de.
