Not paying flex is the opposite of what anyone should want to do. The game is fun and I wish it better but withholding funds is the opposite of the right effect.
Regardless, there is a lot to be said about handling PR and good communication. Many players will understand and forgive if you communicate well. If you don't, they'll come out and feel jilted.

comunication is definately needed i agree. look no further than the sa change thread last season people love hearing what changes are being considered and things along that line

If there is only one develeper, why not make GLB2 an open source product where anybody can submit code changes but they would be reviewed before implementation?
