Not to side track, but he had 89 and 90 pancakes as a TE the last 2 seasons in Osprey.

I don't think so.

- Defenses should react better to certain outside rushes

Nothing we can change to stop this.

- Slightly lowered baseline blocking levels

Just a nerf, can't really do anything besides spend more points and hope you can get back to the level you were at.

- Made blocks in open field more difficult to maintain

Only thing I can see being build related, but I doubt much

I'd think the new pathing changes should be much, much more counter and screen pass vulnerable. Assuming you pick a counter play that doesn't leave a DE unblocked or something. And assuming you do the counter with a HB that isn't a slow and plodding Powerback.

Counters were already are stuffed by DTs running left free, the incentive to blitz now would just have them and LBs running free on the HB.

oline probably won't be able to hold the blocks long enough for them anymore.

That being said im not sure what all the tears about Romo's WR's are? I just watched the Ronin game and they looked as good as ever blocking. A couple times on the multiple WR sets to one side of the field WR1 would make a bline for the FS instead of the CB1 but outside of that it was pretty solid. His OT's and TE's were having a tough time dealing with Ronin's DE which is why I believe Counters probably aren't gonna be very worth it in the end.

If you see how badly the 5 DL blows up any outside run, it is glorious.

From my game today, where my RUN THE BALL INSIDE AND OUTISIDE TEAM WON AND AVERAGED 7.4 PER CARRY:

outside rush TD: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/57435/1134804

ugh, new changes have it now that my HB barely ever plays WR2 anymore (was making him reggie bush-like.... saw 3 snaps at WR2 last game) even with frequent subbing enabled at WR2...

Not 99.5 yard runs , since that's all people care about

I mean seriously, people complain when there are runs for huge gains, people complain when there AREN'T runs for huge gains. I'm beginning to think people are just going to complain

I do have a question though:

I have 3 HB's who rotate in the depth chart (frequently).

League Game this morning: 39, 14, 14
Scrim this morning: 28, 14, 10
Scrim this morning: 27, 11, 10
Ladder Yesterday: 21, 22, 23
Scrim yesterday: 25, 20, 16
Scrim yesterday: 22, 20, 14

Did something get changed with sub settings?

Same Opponent:
28, 14, 10
and
21, 22, 23

I understand there are numerous factors - but just asking since there were depth chart changes made

I had the same thing happen. Looking at the box score, you would think my depth chart was set to 'infrequently' for every position (which it isn't)
