That should give you another indication of how many new teams/leagues you should bring out.

All people on the waiting list are getting teams.

One of the biggest put offs for me is the price and lack of a chance to recup flex spent. It's a straight 500 flex drop. For that I could make a QB, a Hb, and 2 wrs each season for the same price and get back 30% of the flex I spent. Simple economics dictate that owning a team is a bad investment of flex where the most you get is bragging rights which most of the time gets brushed as lolowner unless you coordinate at least one side of the ball.

At 20k flex I could make my flex last 56-57 seasons by doing nothing but players compared to 40 if I spent 500 on a team. That's a big difference and I know I'd get more out of players than I would a team. Think about it, what are you really getting for 500 flex? Your coordinators will handle most of the game planning/tactics which leaves you to recruit players and sign contracts and to customize the team name/logo/uniform. Hell I can go coordinate a team for free and get more out of it than a owner does. I feel the major problem is the lack of enticement, that wow factor. Something that makes people want to own teams other than to house their players.

No, I'm pretty sure after you buy a team, Corndog drives to your house with several cases of the quarter pound corndogs from Costco and starts force feeding you corndogs, until like at the start of Se7en, your stomach bursts if you don't hire coordinators.

And I don't have to buy a team to be a coordinator. Hell the two teams I dc for gave me full control of the defense. The perks of a owner kinda suck compared to being a player or a coordinator for the price you pay. The point I'm trying to make is the exclusive perks of being an owner doesn't justify the flex costs. You either got to bring down the cost or give people that inventive that makes being an owner worthwhile.

IF you don't hire a coord, you should atleast help a newbie in need. Gotta give back somehow.

Does the "recruit" button only work if you're a rookie? I have 2 guys who haven't gotten signed yet and can't seem to actually get that button to do anything. I'd be happy to sign them to a CPU team if I could..

You can click on the little circle looking thing next to your player pic, and click "Get offers from CPU" teams or something along those lines.

They are a QB and HB though, so likely it will say that there are no available teams for them.

Do some networking if you want on a good team. Surely someone has an open spot...we can't just put everyone on a good team.

If this is the attitude of the sales force for this game, going to be a quicker demise than I thought. "Average demand" basically means slim to net chance to sign. I stalked the tlfp thread for a couple days, but nothing. I don't care good team, bad team, whatever. Just annoying being on a CPU team where my HB gets more pass attempts than rushes.
