Eh, I OC'd for Laos in WL a while ago, and I assisted Asau's offense in WL for a couple of seasons once, including for one of their titles. WL hasn't declined all that much since then, to be honest.

Maybe it was harder before I got up here with Laos though? I'd have no way of knowing. *shrug*
