- Lowered base chance for play action fake so you have to call more running plays for it to apply

- Fixed bug where QB could try to roll back to the opposite side when already outside the tackles on a bootleg type play

A bunch of Signature Ability changes/additions:
- YAC Attack now completely regains balance
- Pick Six has a much, much better chance of firing, also regains balance
- Chase Down changed to Cover Expert, which fires when more than 4 yards from target
- Inspire Fear duration doubled
- Opportunist values increased across the board
- Slot Machine now also works for WR4 and WR5
- Quick Hitter no longer lowers Pass Power, greatly increases receiver's ability to catch in traffic
- Stiff Arm now increases your Balance for its duration
- Added new SA: Sure-footed. Greatly increases ability to regain balance, based on footwork
- Added new SA: Resolute. Shrug off the effects of stuns and fakes, based on toughness
- Added new SA: Rough Cover. Knock nearby receivers off balance once per play, based on intimidation
- Added new SA: Line Crasher. Blitzes from non-lineman causes wide spread balance loss, based on Pass Rush Power

Other changes:
- Modified defender bonus from play guessing update added last season (when defensive play type matches the offensive play)
- Play knowledge thresholds reduced a bit to require fewer instances of seeing a play to gain the next tier of knowledge
- Added "Shotgun Spread" formation with some initial plays. This is a 4WR formation from a shotgun set.
- This off season will be one extra day in length.

- QB checkdown speed/vision increased after completing his drop back. This has a knock-on effect of making shotgun plays better for quicker hitting passes (since the drop back is basically immediate)
- Pass plays defined as "short" yardage have slightly faster checkdowns and the QB will be more willing to pass earlier

- Fixed an uncommon playcalling bug that sometimes resulted in a team not kicking a late field goal in a specific situation

Sim changes
- Fixed an issue with blitzing against rushing plays
- Greatly increased ability to catch in traffic, based on how long ball has been in air (short flight duration easier to catch than longer duration)
- Greatly increased chemistry gain for the first 20 days of the season
- Rattled effect now increases pressure felt by QB instead of holding in blockers, Toughness counteracts rattled
- Tunnel Vision now halves blocker technique rolls
- Decreased overall punt velocity

- Fixed issue where CPU teams would end up with too many of a position and be unable to sign positions they needed (like missing a QB or K, etc)
- CPU teams will now use randomized playbooks, each set at the beginning of the season, to give them more variety in playcalling

Added a new formation: Pistol
If you're not familiar, this formation is sort of a hybrid between Shotgun and Single Back formation. The QB lines up off of the line for a long snap similar to shotgun, but the HB lines up behind him. It allows for more rushing looks than shotgun, while still allowing for solid passing options.
