Yeah but is it really much of a difference, as long as you get the stadium done within 4-5 seasons?
I'm not mad I just try to understand the move. I just don't see any positive in using a promotion unless you can get home field advantage with the win a promotion could give you but thats not the case here

Stadium should be 100% completed after university season
At the end that means better salaries in reg minor when your stadium is done. you could also get some promotions or wait if you plan to go long haul
