If the New York G Men truly were a decent human offense, I'd agree.

However, they're not a decent human offense.

Look at their roster. ( http://goallineblitz.com/game/roster.pl?team_id=2722 ) They have multiple players with levels in the 40s in a league where the top players are in the 60s. The starting ROT is Level 47. The starting TE is Level 56. And when these same dots were in Competitive last season, they went 2-14.

Good to know. Actually strengthens my argument, since it takes away 2 CPU wins.

So you've got nothing.

Good to know.

Hmmmmm I still don't know, maybe because I'm used to CPU's being so crappy as I only returned from a 10 season break last season, maybe I need to get with the times

it pretty much goes in cycles. People bitch about 255-0 games vs cpus enough then they buff cpus. When people start losing again they neuter cpu dots....and it begins again.

EDIT: of course in this case it is weird because this is a cpu team that hasn't beat anyone beating a decent team. but my point in general still stands.

There should be some common ground somewhere...

Obviously no one is going to change your mind. We accept that. Evidence galore has been provided to show that CPU's are not "over powered". Your not showing evidence that they are overpowered other than "we lost and shouldn't have" despite JT Hood himself saying he hasn't looked at a snap all season and he is using an AI that doesn't fire because he don't tag.

If you think its that bad than submit a Bug Ticket. Have a nice day.

feel free to answer the question, Mr. Scientist

all your blithering is adorable but doesn't explain why in a sim where results are almost 100% linear we have these results

Superpunk, the CPU get their ELs scaled to meet their opponent, with a small penalty, if you have higher EL and no strategy, you'll be facing tougher CPUs than the teams that have lower EL and a strategy.

You are more likely to lose in that situation. Guess what, that is what happened.

There's your explanation, now cut it out, please. This thread is 10 pages long for no reason whatsoever.

I just don't think he's pretending. His leash on that anger is pretty loose...maybe anger management classes are in order. Does GLB provide that?
